1. Agreement

By creating an account or using YumMemo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login details and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted use

You may use YumMemo for personal recipe organization. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse third-party platforms, upload unlawful content or use the product to infringe another person's rights.

4. Imported content

You retain responsibility for links and content you import. YumMemo is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or their owners. Availability of third-party posts can change, and you must comply with the rules of those services.

5. AI-generated recipes

Recipes are extracted with automated systems and can contain mistakes. Review ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures and food-safety instructions before cooking. YumMemo does not provide medical, dietary or professional food-safety advice.

6. Service availability

We work to keep YumMemo reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful extraction from every post. Features may change as third-party platforms and the product evolve.

7. Intellectual property

The YumMemo product, branding and original software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of imported creator content or grant rights beyond using the service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when an account violates these terms, threatens the service or creates legal risk. You may stop using YumMemo at any time. You can permanently delete your account and associated cookbook data inside the app, or submit a deletion request on the web.

9. Purchases and subscriptions

YumMemo Starter includes up to 20 recipe imports per month and YumMemo Pro includes up to 50. Pending and successful imports count toward the allowance; failed extractions do not. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Both plans renew monthly until canceled. You can also buy packs of 20 import credits. Purchased credits do not expire and are used when no subscription import is available. Your store displays the final localized price and billing period before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and retain access until the end of the paid period, subject to the store’s refund rules. Saved recipes remain accessible after cancellation.
